Does a TomTom WORK out a phone number?

I have a phone number and location of the road but every time I go in search of the office, I do not find it.

No, they can not work outside of number. You need an address for this to work. If you have the phone number that you can try to use the Anywho website to make a reverse lookup. As long as the phone number listed in the telephone directory it works. Reverse search does not work with unlisted numbers or cell phone. Once you have the address you can enter any on any GPS device and you find. One thing that helps is to make sure you have the correct postcode. I once had trouble finding the location of a company a large city. I had the address of the street and entered what I thought of the city proper. It proved to be located in a suburb. A Once I enter the correct postcode, it brought me right to the correct location.
