The operator will talk to the other party to the other end of the phone and return message type. Then type a response. This way you can make personal calls and business.
This is why it is called a system of relays. There are always three people involved in a telephone conversation.
When you call - or anyone else makes the call for you, to request an application form for the California Relay Service, you will speak with a representative customer service. The customer service representative you wish to receive the equipment and which best suits your specific needs.
At the time the application is being sent mailed to your home. Upon receiving this request, you need to take to your physician for a signature. After your doctor signs the application may be faxed or by mail to access the California program.

Once your application is processed, you receive a phone call from a representative field. The representative will come to your home on the train for their new equipment and facilities. This wonderful piece of equipment is your voice to the world.
